For a while now I’ve been mulling over a number of challenges, something to get my teeth into and keep my creativity flowing. I’ve looked at bullet journals, instagram 30 day’s and those that involve blogging, basically something quick but will get me thinking about things. I came across the 52 Week Gratitude Challenge on Pinterest, it was originally created by Esther and Jacob and added it to my blogging board, now seems like the time to start it.
I decided on this challenge as I’m sure it will challenge me!
What do I hope to get out of it?
I’m hoping that I will feel a sense of satisfaction, get more involved in the things around me and give thanks to the people who are there for me and reflect on everything I have. I also hope that it will help with my anxiety levels and the overthinking situations that occurs. To me it’s like mindfulness or therapy and if it helps then that’s simply great!
Each week I will look at a different topic and talk about. I’m already a week behind but will do 2 posts this weeks, just to get on track! Having looked at the list, I already have ideas what to write about, but I’m not going to rush ahead and write everything at once although it is tempting!
